The cost of the service is based on 2 elements:

• A commission on sales, between 1% and 2.5%, depending on the volume of sales generated monthly on the platform. The commission is defined at the time of subscription. It may be revised at any time on the basis of performance data.

On Amazon, because of the large number of marketplaces you can connect to at the same time, we offer specific pricing of between 1% and 2%.

Yes, if you are eligible, you will need to send us your bank details for the account to which you wish to receive your funds.
You'll also need to send an e-mail to your account manager at Marketplace and ask them to replace your bank details with the new RIB, until the end of the contract.

No, we don't set financing limits.
Our aim is to help you multiply your sales by 2 or 3 in just a few months.
The solution must enable you to achieve rapid growth, in line with your initial sales and the size of your structure.

No. We've chosen a simple solution, so you don't have to worry about complex, time-consuming operations.

The service is therefore eligible for all orders from marketplaces you have connected to Qashflo.

Once you've chosen Qashflo for one or more marketplaces, all sales made on this platform will be paid on D+1.

However, you can deactivate the solution at any time in accordance with the general conditions of use.

Qashflo's role is to accelerate your payments by paying you up to 90% of the net amount of your shipped orders, every day. A guarantee reserve is retained.

In the event of returns or refunds, the amount of these refunded or returned orders will be deducted from the reserve held upstream on the financing line.

In the event that the amount of refunds exceeds the amount of receipts and the reserve, this negative balance may be offset against future orders or debited, depending on the context and the most advantageous method for you.

Qashflo is an accelerated payment solution for sellers marketplace that enables you to collect payment for your sales marketplace on D+1, instead of the usual 20 to 40 days.
Every day, Qashflo pays up to 90% of the net amount of your previous day's shipments, based on the insertion of the tracking number on your usual interface.

Payment for your orders is made in 2 parts:

The first part finances between 80% and 90% of the net order amount (after deduction of the marketplace commission).
The amount not financed is called the guarantee reserve. It is used to cover any refunds you may have to make during the period, as well as marketplace charges (return label, marketplace subscription, etc.).
This % reserve is renewed frequently every month, depending on the performance you record on your marketplace account.

The second part corresponds to the payment of this reserve, made with each new payment from marketplace. This amount corresponds to the amount of the guarantee reserve, less any reimbursements or charges deducted by marketplace .

Each payment represents all orders shipped the previous day.
All data is available in a clear and simple way in your backoffice, which you can consult at any time.

Yes, you can start with a single marketplace and increase the number of marketplaces as you go along, freely according to your needs.

Yes, you can suspend or stop the service at any time. When you wish to stop, the monthly fee will not be refunded and all advanced funds must be reimbursed by marketplace before stopping at 100%. You can restart at any time. Currently, over 90% of our sellers have been active for more than 6 months.

You must enter the username and password in our software. With our SaaS software "C2soft", we will import orders and other relevant account information.

Orders eligible for payment on D + 2 correspond to all orders shipped with an active and mobile tracking number on D.

Here are the marketplaces currently eligible for Qashflo: Backmarket, Darty, Boulanger, Conforama, Ulbaldi.

The list changes every month to welcome new marketplaces.

Qashflo's role is to pay for your orders in advance, and to collect these receivables from the marketplaces. This accelerated payment service is invoiced directly to your company in the form of a service fee, ranging from 1.5% to 2.5% depending on volume and your performance on the market.
